Every steel
foundry part of the AB Fonderie Italia network produces
green sand and resin sand castings. Each foundry specialises in specific types of manufacturing, from small productions
or micro series of steel castings, to medium and large batches
of products
Technologies
We are equipped with highly
flexible technologies
and structures. By having facilities of different sizes
and with manual moulding departments, we can supply steel castings from 0.1 to 15,000 kg with various shapes, sizes and quantities.
Training
Great attention is paid to training
of staff both in the field safety
both as regards the technical area
for the study of best
casting systems and for the study of possible defects of its products.
Castings
Steel castings that vary
in thicknesses, in the weights
and in dimensional sizes
from a few millimeters to several meters in diameter; from few to grams
up beyond 15.000 kg. of weight.
